Built closer to the teams we serve

At CaptivateIQ, the best part of our work is the teams we get to support. We value the revenue, finance, and sales operations leaders who rely on us to make compensation calm, clear, and accurate. Across APAC, we’ve watched those teams grow, and we’re proud to announce a step that brings us closer to them: a new regional data center purpose-built for our APAC customers.

This is a commitment  to the region, to our customers there, and to the teams considering CaptivateIQ as the system of record for their commissions. It shows up where it matters most for an APAC compensation team: compliance, security, performance, and reliability.

Regional by design

In early 2025, we brought CaptivateIQ closer to our EU customers with a dedicated regional environment running on AWS infrastructure in Frankfurt. Since then, European revenue teams, including some of the most demanding enterprise compliance and procurement organizations in the region, have run their commission workloads in-region, without the workarounds that used to come with hosting half a world away.

The APAC data center extends that pattern. Same architecture philosophy, same security posture, same operating model, now deployed closer to the teams we serve across Asia-Pacific. Two regional environments, one platform, built so enterprise revenue teams never have to choose between modern commissions and regional infrastructure.

Teams across APAC and beyond are not working around a platform built exclusively for a US context.

The investment extends beyond the product itself. CaptivateIQ has 30 employees across the EU, in Poland, Hungary, and Ireland, with a team that continues to grow in the region. We also maintain a growing employee presence in APAC through our Australia-based team. Our 12 implementation partners span Global SIs, regional specialists, and boutique firms across North America, EMEA, and LATAM, giving enterprise customers access to deployment support wherever they operate.
