CaptivateIQ Incentives
Payee AI Agents
Payee AI Agents bring a new help experience into CaptivateIQ for payees, managers, and admin teams. Instead of searching through plan PDFs or escalating basic questions through email and Slack, users can ask questions in natural language and get clear answers in the moment.
Payee AI Agents include two experiences:
Plan Docs Explainer
Plan Docs Explainer helps payees understand how they are supposed to get paid. It reads and interprets plan documents, then answers questions about:
- Quotas and targets
- Rates and accelerators
- Eligibility rules
- Exceptions, policy clauses, and fine print
Statement Explainer
Statement Explainer helps payees understand how they were actually paid. It interprets statements and explains:
- How a payout was calculated
- Whether deal-level math checks out
- What contributed most to earnings
- Percentages, attainment, and variance
- Areas that may require follow-up
These agents reduce repetitive questions for Ops and Finance, improve payee trust, and make plan and statement information easier to use during the commission cycle.
NOTE: CIQ Assist was sunset on March 10, 2026. If you were impacted, you should now see an in-app notice and your team will be added to the waitlist for our new AI Agent experiences launching in closed beta later this month. Contact your CSM if you have questions or want to be considered for early access.
Native Plan Document Management (Beta Starting 4/1)
Native Plan Document Management brings plan document creation and routing into CaptivateIQ. Teams can create templates from PDFs, populate personalized documents using CaptivateIQ data, route documents for approvals, and track document status and activity history in one place.
This is especially helpful for teams managing plan refreshes, onboarding, or role changes where plan documents must be reviewed, approved, and stored with a clear record of what happened.
Beta starts on 4/1. If you are interested in participating, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Payee Landing Page Improvements
The Payee landing page is one of the most common entry points for end users. These updates focus on clarity and organization so payees can quickly understand what is due, what is changing, and what requires action.
Updates include improvements to layout, navigation, announcements, tasks, and summary views so payees and managers can find key information faster.

CaptivateIQ Planning
Sales planning enhancements
Timeline View for Effective Dated Roster
This update now makes it easier for teams to manage roster changes over time, helping plans stay aligned as hires, promotions, and role changes happen throughout the cycle. Rather than relying on a static view of the roster, teams can better reflect when changes take effect, making it easier to keep plans accurate as the business evolves.
This is especially valuable for RevOps and Sales Ops teams in fast-moving organizations, where headcount changes often happen mid-cycle and timing matters just as much as the final state. By giving teams a clearer way to account for roster movement, Sales Planning helps reduce manual work, limit downstream rework, and improve confidence that plans reflect the business as it actually operates.

Catalyst
Catalyst Modeling Platform
Catalyst is now officially GA, bringing scenario modeling and advanced planning capabilities to revenue, finance, and strategy teams. Catalyst helps teams compare scenarios, understand tradeoffs, and make confident decisions all without relying on brittle spreadsheets or disconnected tools.
What’s New in Catalyst
Recent updates include:
- Payout Anomaly Detection Model
Catalyst now includes a Payout Anomaly Detection Model designed to work automatically with imported payout data. The model evaluates payout patterns using signals such as an employee’s historical payouts as well as peer payouts within the same group and time period, helping teams identify unusual results with greater accuracy. This can make it easier to surface payout outliers earlier and focus review efforts where they may be most needed. - Shared Data Resources
Catalyst now supports Shared Data Resources at the workspace level, making it possible to manage data centrally across models. This gives teams a shared source of truth they can use across planning workflows, helping reduce duplicate setup and simplify ongoing data management. For organizations working across multiple models, this can also improve consistency and make updates easier to maintain.
What Catalyst Enables
With Catalyst, teams can:
- Build flexible, reusable models for a variety of planning use cases
- Run scenario comparisons to evaluate different strategic outcomes
- Forecast payouts, attainment, ARR, and usage leveraging ML-based models
- Detect anomalies or emerging performance trends
- Score accounts or reps to support coverage decisions
- Support multi-year and long-range planning with stable, auditable models
